Hello, I’m Khania and around August of 2009 my lifestyle changed completely. I joined Jungle Fitness (a local Miami boot camp) and was introduced to the world of running. Slowly I started to train for running races of all kinds and triathlons. This journal began as my training log for Miami ING Marathon – January of 2011.
I also began posting some recipes and it soon became a place where I got to share my adventures of training, racing or anything else I may be experimenting at the moment when trying to keep up a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy cooking and baking so I will be posting any new recipe I try. Please be warned, there are no fancy pictures here. This is my just my journal! Living one page at a time. 🙂
