Here's another great option for a protein shake when you want to include some carbs as well. Ingredients pictured below. I use 1/4 cup of oatmeal and a teaspoon of chia seeds. One scoop of protein and a whole banana. You can choose to do 8 oz. almond milk or do half milk half water.
